Terms and conditions

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of doubt, the German version applies.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Luntra online shop between Luntra, Austria ("we") and you as a customer. The shop is aimed at consumers with a delivery address in Austria and Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking "Place order and pay" and completing the payment, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email (order confirmation). You can check and correct your details at any time before submitting. The contract language is German or English. We store the contract text; you can find your order details in the order confirmation and in your account.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros. All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under the small business scheme (§ 6 (1) 27 Austrian VAT Act). Shipping costs: free. The price at the time of the order applies.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe. You will see which payment methods are available in the payment step. The amount is due upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery

We ship to Austria and Germany. Delivery takes 7–14 business days from receipt of payment. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. For consumers, the risk only passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can find the details in our withdrawal policy. You can also withdraw from the contract online.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty under the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG) and the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) applies. The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods. In the event of defects, please contact support@fuegoz.at.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. This does not apply to personal injury or to claims under the Product Liability Act. Please observe the safety instructions for the product.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a problem, please contact us directly – we will find a solution.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protective provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The court at the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction for actions against consumers.
