Shipping & payment

Delivery

We ship to Austria and Germany. Shipping costs: free. Delivery takes 7–14 business days from receipt of payment.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can check the current status at any time in your account or under Track order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. You will be redirected to an encrypted Stripe page to pay – we never see or store your card or account details. You will see which payment methods are available (e.g. credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) in the payment step.

Prices

All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under the small business scheme (§ 6 (1) 27 Austrian VAT Act). All prices are in euros (EUR).

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Everything else is explained in our withdrawal policy.
